		<description>That sucks!  I'm glad you got your money back, though.  I have had both good and bad experiences with online flowers, so I guess you never know what you'll end up with.  I hope you found out which local florist it is, though, so you never do business with them.</description>

		<description>The problem lies in their agreement with the florist regarding the substitutions permitted. They can apologize and refund left and right, but while their policy currently allows (as interpreted by FTD florists around the globe) for substitutions that are not remotely similar to advertised offerings I will NOT order through FTD. There is no guarantee what item will arrive at the other end for my recipient. I understand the need for flower substitutions. I worked in a florist shop at one time. However, if you order a pink bouquet you do not want orange and yellow delivered. Different flowers, yes. Substantially different color scheme? NO!</description>
